Friday, October 11, for the 3rd Group match of League B of the 2024 Nations League (CNL) of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Countries (CONCACAF), our Grenadiers (Group C) on the pitch of the "Guillermo Prospero Trinidad Stadion" in Oranjestad (Aruba) our Grenadiers faced in the first leg the selection of Aruba which they dominated, signing a 3rd consecutive victory [3-1].

Starting eleven:

For this first leg against Aruba, the French coach Sébastien Migné, revealed the composition of his starting eleven. Garven Metusala, who had taken the place of Ricardo Adé (forfeit due to injury) during the last match against Sint Marteen [6-0], will be aligned again, this time alongside the latter in the central defense. Summary:

Despite a favorable start to the match for the Arubans, with a goal from Tyron Genty Perret at 6’ [1-0] following a mix-up between Ricardo Adé and Johnny Placide. Haiti quickly reacted by multiplying the opportunities in the game, Frantzdy Pierrot equalized with a header in the 31st minute [1-1], giving the Grenadiers back control. In the 37th minute, Duckens Nazon converted a penalty and pushed the score in favor of Haiti [2-1].

In the second half, Nazon completed the victory by scoring a second goal (his double) in the 61st minute, signing the final score of the victory for the Grenadiers [3-1].

This 3rd consecutive victory allows Haiti to get closer to its objectives: promotion to League A and direct qualification for the 2025 Gold Cup.
